Employees struggle with financial emergencies and limited access to quick, reliable loans. Digicash is the result of our research-driven approach, offering a seamless, secure, and transparent platform prioritizing convenience, speed, and flexibility. It addresses common challenges like medical expenses, home repairs, education costs, and paycheck gaps, providing timely funds.
By linking information from the HR system, we can identify which employees comply with the correct loan limit and tenure, making the application process smoother and more efficient.
The feature simplifies loan applications based on users' positions, with varying loan amounts. A prominent card displays loan details, and users without previous loans are directed to the application form.
Below the information card, a simulation button allows users to preview the loan process. A history card shows previous submissions.
Upon pressing the submission button, users land on a confirmation page. Forms auto-fill with HR system data, and users can proceed if the data is correct.
On the loan application detail page, users input their proposed loan amount, choose loan type between sharia or conventional, and select their salary account number from HR system records.
After filling forms, the status page confirms receipt and promises swift processing. Users are then redirected to the home page.
I added vibrant gradients to the PNMDigi app's signature blue and green colors, giving it an extra pop! The design focuses on delivering essential information without overwhelming users with excessive text. It's like a well-choreographed dance—each button flows seamlessly, meeting users' expectations and eliminating any confusion.
Once this feature was released, I was given the task of creating an animated promo for all users on social media. I thought, why not add some humor to the mix? So, I wrote and designed informative animations with a dash of comedy, making it a breeze for users to grasp the message. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
